Hey, I'm Brandon. I’ve been a Realtor since 2017, and I take a systems-driven approach to make buying and selling homes simple and efficient. With a finance degree from Ohio State University and a background in operations management, I use technology and streamlined processes to keep everything on track while helping my clients feel informed and confident.
I’m a third-generation Realtor, grew up in Ohio, and have lived in six different states, including a year as a digital nomad, before planting roots in Grand Rapids in 2022. Those experiences give me a practical perspective on real estate and an appreciation for the challenges of moving and settling into a new home.
Outside of real estate, I stay busy raising my two kids and exploring my interests in history, economics, travel, and stand-up comedy, bringing the same curiosity and thoughtful approach to my work and life.

Selling a Home
I provide full-service listing representation for 2%, designed to deliver results efficiently and confidently.
That includes:
Pricing strategy based on current market data
Preparing the home for market and coordinating professional marketing
Professional photography and listing exposure online
Managing showings, evaluating offers, and negotiating terms
Oversight of the transaction from listing through closing
This is a complete, no-nonsense service with a clearly defined scope. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and what you’re paying from the start, and if 2% doesn’t fit your situation, I’ll tell you upfront.
